Job Description
Brown & Brown is seeking a Consultant to deliver strategic advisory services to employer clients seeking to optimize healthcare delivery models. The Consultant will work directly with employer HR, Safety, Finance, Procurement, and Executive Leadership teams to assess current-state performance, design future-state healthcare strategies, and execute initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, employer health strategy, or benefits management
- Deep understanding of self-funded health plans, healthcare cost drivers, and ROI modeling
