Job Description
Brown & Brown is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive to join our growing team in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of employee benefits experience and a thorough understanding of employee benefits.
Requirements
- Proactive development and execution of client benefit strategy
- Proficient level of compliance, benchmarking, renewal & marketing, reporting & analytics
- Lead client meetings and presentations
- Coordinates onboarding of new clients
- Delegates tasks, training and onboarding as appropriate
- Monitors and recommends opportunities for client revenue enhancement
