Job Description
We are seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive to join our growing team. The role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of employee benefits clients, providing comprehensive support for ongoing service needs, and leveraging technical expertise to retain existing clients.
Requirements
- Proactively develop and execute client benefit program strategy
- Manage onboarding of new clients
- Maintain strong product and industry knowledge
- Develop and sustain relationships with vendors
- Prepare and audit client benefit statements
