Requirements

• Sell new group Employee Benefit Insurance
• Assist with department tasks as needed
• Manage existing accounts and other duties as assigned
• Prospect for new business daily
• Actively pursue new client prospects through telemarketing, networking, and personal referrals
• Participate in professional development activities
• Maintain proper documentation for clients
• Acquire and/or maintain life and health license requirements
• Oversee all aspects of new groups with account manager
• May supervise assistants and other support positions
