Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our growing team as a Health & Benefits Consultant. This role offers flexibility with remote or hybrid work options and involves managing consulting projects for mid- and large-market employers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of experience in employee benefits consulting
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and communicate effectively
- Life and Health license (must be obtained within 90 days of hire)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
