Senior Accountant

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Captive practice, responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and financial activities of a portfolio of captive insurance companies. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of GAAP and insurance accounting principles, excellent analytical and communication skills, and experience with captive insurance companies and multiple regulatory domiciles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and insurance accounting principles
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills
