Brown & Brown is seeking a Southeast Regional Personal Lines Leader to join our growing team. The role focuses on developing strong sales practices, training teammates, and building long-term client and carrier relationships.
Requirements
- Valid Insurance Producer license in good standing (authorities in states needed to service the assigned book of business)
- Bachelorâs degree in a business-related field
- 7+ yearsâ experience in sales, client retention, or relationship management
