Technical Assistant will review insurance applications, classify and rate individuals and groups for insurance, and assist with underwriting and brokering risks. The role involves communication with producers, company representatives, and finance companies to ensure expeditious handling of submissions.
Requirements
- High school or GED
- 1-3 years' experience in a similar position
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Exceptional telephone demeanor
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
