Requirements
- B.A. plus 8-10 years marketing experience in a consumer goods environment
- Spirits / Beverage Alcohol industry experience, with strong understanding of U.S. market dynamics and demonstrated knowledge of on-and off-premise channels
- Proven experience developing, executing, and managing integrated brand plans
- Strong agency management experience across creative, advertising, and media partners
- Ability to build influential relationships with distributors, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical capability with a track record of turning insights into action
- Compelling storyteller with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Results-driven leader with demonstrated financial and brand growth success
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Willingness to travel 15-25% of time, including occasional weekends
