Senior Manager, Global Insights & Performance Analytics

Deliver cross-portfolio initiatives that unite insights and performance capabilities to drive business growth. Partner with Insights & Performance leadership to architect enterprise-wide programs, including brand health monitoring, consumer segmentation, executive dashboards, and media investment frameworks.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years in insights, analytics, or media strategy with progression to strategic leadership roles
• Deep expertise in identity resolution, clean room, audience development, and addressable media ecosystems
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical foundation with ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
• Experience with change management and capability building in technology adoption
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable with C-suite audiences
• Track record building frameworks, dashboards, and reporting systems that drive decision-making
• Collaborative leadership style with ability to leverage global, matrixed teams
