Agent Services Coordinator

Brown Harris Stevens Residential Sales, LLC is a luxury residential real estate firm seeking an Agent Services Coordinator to assist with administrative and operational needs, provide support to agents, and maintain a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency with MS Office products, and experience in real estate or a related industry.

• Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• High degree of proficiency with MS Office products
• Ability to learn and demonstrate excellent working knowledge of Real Plus/Listings Systems
• Strong organizational/time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive material concerning the organization
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2 years or more of real estate or related industry experience highly desirable
• 2-3 years of administrative support experience required, preferably in Real Estate or Sales environment
