Job Description
The Director of Information Security provides strategic and operational oversight for three critical pillars of the University's cybersecurity program, translates institutional vision into actionable plans, and ensures the protection of Brown's digital assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of combined IT and IT security experience
- Proven management experience providing strategic oversight and mentorship to multidisciplinary technical teams
- Experience with security operations, incident response, and security engineering
- Knowledge of privacy regulations preferred
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent preferred
