The Soft Goods Product Manager is responsible for managing the performance and lifecycle of assigned cut-and-sew product lines within the hunting and outdoor market, analyzing product line financial performance, and recommending actions to improve profitability and competitiveness.
Requirements
- Monitor product line financial performance by analyzing P&L data, gross margin, inventory turns, and sell-through metrics, and recommend actions to improve profitability and product line growth.
- Allocate time and resources toward the most promising opportunities based on product performance, market demand, and strategic priorities.
- Manage the full lifecycle of assigned cut-and-sew product lines including product concepts, materials selection, construction details, sourcing coordination, pricing strategy, and merchandising.
