Data Centre Engineer

BrowserStack is seeking a Datacenter Operations Engineer to support the day-to-day operations of our datacenter infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, availability, and performance. The role involves collaborating with a global team to maintain and troubleshoot datacenter equipment, deploy new hardware and software, and assist with monitoring and documentation tasks.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years experience in an IT support role
• Strong understanding of datacenter infrastructure components
• Proficiency in Linux and Mac OSx operating systems
• Experience with android and iOS
• Scripting in Bash, Ansible or similar
• Prior use of Jira, Confluence and Google workspace
• Basic knowledge of network protocols and technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
