Optimize modern machines and technologies for production processes in a sterile environment and contribute to the development of pharmaceutical production machines and processes.

Requirements

• Process Development: Development and optimization of assembly and testing processes for machines and equipment for the production of sterile products.
• Experimental Planning: Conducting development and validation tests directly on the machines and equipment.
• Documentation: Creation of meaningful test reports and technical documentation in accordance with SOP.
• Commissioning: Participation in the commissioning of new machines and equipment, as well as creation of the associated SOPs.
• Risk Assessment: Preparation of risk and availability analyses for machine spare parts using the FMEA method.
• Technical Improvement: Participation in the continuous further development of existing production lines and manufacturing procedures.
• Qualification: Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field.
• Initial Experience & Experience: First experiences in process engineering in the GMP environment are an advantage.
• Process Knowledge: Knowledge of processes such as bonding, coating, laser welding, or cutting is an advantage.
• Technical Environment: Experience in agile development processes as well as in the commissioning of machines or production lines.
• Regulation: Knowledge of qualification/validation of machines and manufacturing processes as well as technical GMP documentation.
• Languages: Very good knowledge of German and English.
• Work Style: Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style, as well as strong communication skills and team orientation.
