Requirements

• Support the Manager in capacity planning and general SHE topics related to pharmaceutical process plants
• Ensure the operational readiness of process plants, equipment, and clean rooms
• Conduct GMP-compliant documentation in operational guidelines
• Participate in the creation and revision of regulations and guidelines
• Collaborate in line and matrix structures using Lean methods
• Lead site-crossing project teams in various local and global projects
