Field Service Engineer

Bruker is a leading provider of scientific instruments and high-value analytical and diagnostic solutions. As a Field Service Engineer, you will perform site surveys, installations, and maintenance of Bruker Automated AFM Tools for customers worldwide. Responsibilities include providing technical support, training, and developing technical documentation. A flexible schedule is required to accommodate customer needs, and travel is expected 80% of the time.

Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD or equivalent technical qualifications in electrical/mechanical engineering or physical sciences
• More than 10 years experience in technical/service support of analytical equipment (preferably AFM, SOM, TMT and NI)
• Ability to establish strong relationships with customers and internal partners
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
