Job Description
As a Quote to Order Sales Process Associate, you will be responsible for quote creation, order processing, and margin calculation, utilizing SAP to create precise quotes and respond to sales reps' requests for revisions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies and business standards, and be ready to work in rotational shifts.
Requirements
- B.Sc./M Sc./Ph D. (Physics, Material Science and Technology, Metallurgical Science)
- Any Fresh Grads or having relevant working experience
- Previous experience in sales operations-related roles
- Experience with international business is beneficial
- Attention to quality and detail
- Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on following processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience operating SAP and CRM systems (SFDC)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Language: English proficiency
