Werkstudent/-in Operational Excellence (m/f/d)

Bruker is seeking an intern to support the build-up and development of Operational-Excellence-structures, specifically in the framework of the Process House, the LEAN-Toolbox, and data-based dashboards. The role offers the opportunity to collect valuable practical experience parallel to studies in supporting the team with tasks such as data analysis & visualization, research, and documentation of methods, standards, and tools in the field of Operational Excellence.

Requirements

• Study enrolled in Business Administration, Production Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business Information Systems, or comparable study programs
• Basic understanding of LEAN management, process optimization
• Interest in process management, process modeling, and organizational development
• Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Analytical thinking and structured way of working
• Good German and English language skills
