We are seeking a Dutch speaking Country Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading activities and achieving commercial targets within the territory by effectively managing the dealer and OEM distribution channel and maximizing sales and profits for Mercury Marine and Quicksilver, as well as various parts and accessories.
Requirements
- Eight years of field sales experience in an OEM and Dealer environment, preferably within the marine or automotive industry
- Ability to manage and strengthen dealer and OEM relationships
- Technical background and experience is an advantage, especially in the mechanics and electronics
- Native Dutch, Fluent French and English level, both written and spoken
- Positive attitude and open for new ideas
- Customer orientation
- Good interpersonal and communication skills – both verbal and written
- Displays initiative
- Ability to work independently
- Available for frequent travel in the region and to the Headquarters in Belgium
- Stress resistant
- Computer skills - Microsoft Office & ERP structures
- Driver’s license
- Boating license is a plus
