We are seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to join our close-knit team and help provide exceptional care to our residents.
Requirements
- Active nursing license in the state of employment.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in long-term care or assisted living.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to long-term care.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
