Account Director

We're looking for an Account Director to join our team in Beijing, China. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in public and regulatory affairs, policy analysis, strategic communications, government, journalism, or related sectors. They will be responsible for delivering insight, shaping advice, and ensuring the quality of client work. The role requires strong knowledge of China's political and policymaking environment, exceptional writing and communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in public and regulatory affairs, policy analysis, strategic communications, government, journalism, or related sectors
• Strong knowledge of China's political and policymaking environment
• Exceptional writing and communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Ability to translate complex policy issues into strategic recommendations
• Collaborative mindset and calmness under pressure
