The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for scheduling, directing, and organizing the daily duties and activities of warehouse operators and coordinating with other departments.
Requirements
- Complete all work in a safe manner and follow all safety requirements consistent with supporting the company’s TRIR goals
- Follow all environmental requirements consistent with supporting the company’s environmental performance goals
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Direct working knowledge of operations, warehouse management, and transportation management.
- Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
- Familiar with enterprise-level track-and-trace systems, as well as implementation experience.
- Experience with radio frequency ID systems (RFID), bar code systems, and electronic data interchange (EDI) may be required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of warehouse documentation, with good writing skills.
- Ability to interpret and act upon complex instructions.
- Project management skills are preferred.
