Director, Real Estate & Capital Projects (Corporate Development)

We are seeking a Director, Real Estate & Capital Projects who will serve as the internal owner's representative for capital projects from inception through post-occupancy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, construction, real estate, or capital project management.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, architecture, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record managing complex budgets and multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong understanding of procurement, vendor management, and public/private contracting processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player that can also work independently
• A start-up mentality with agility and resilience
• Act with a sense of urgency and ownership
