Vice President, Hospitality

The Vice President, Hospitality will be a pivotal member of the Hospitality team, overseeing Restaurant Operations, VIP Guest Experiences, and the Brooklyn Wine Club, setting and achieving enterprise-wide goals and offering a premier host of world-class hospitality and curated guest and member programs.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field
• Proven track record of strategic and financial leadership in hospitality or entertainment sectors
• Unwavering commitment to an exceptional guest experience
• Team leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to innovate and execute programs that drive guest satisfaction and business growth
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management capabilities
• Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and performance management for hospitality operations
