Sr. Project Manager

We're looking for a motivated and goal-driven Senior Project Manager to join our team as the Senior Project Manager – EPMO. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving both client-facing initiatives and enterprise-level internal programs, advancing organizational strategy, and ensuring high-quality project delivery across a diverse portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in benefits administration systems and/or client-facing environments.
• 2–5 years of direct project or program management experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, and related project management tools.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
