Job Description
As a Business Systems Architect Principal, you will lead the architectural strategy for business systems across BAU applications and service operations, establishing a target state architecture that optimises legacy systems while designing future-ready capabilities. You will collaborate with Data and AI architects to leverage data platforms and AI capabilities for business intelligence, service automation, and customer insights. The role requires a deep understanding of BAU systems and service operations platforms, as well as hands-on technical depth and leadership skills.
