The People Transformation Partner will deliver and coordinate business readiness through project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and helping teams transition to new ways of working in a fast-moving AI-enabled environment.
Requirements
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, identifying and translating business change needs into clear, actionable initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end design, delivery, and review of people transformation initiatives, focused on programmes that address the people impacts of the UK Business Operating Plan.
- Drive a strong customer service culture, owning issues through to resolution and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Provide expert advice and specialist input to improve organisational, team, and individual effectiveness.
- Support strategy, methodology, and policy development through insight-led analysis and practical recommendations.
- Analyse and synthesise data to deliver clear insights, build cases for change, and assess colleague impacts, using AI to support this.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating business needs into clear, actionable People initiatives.
- Coach and advise managers and leaders on People policy, process, and compliance, to encourage and develop self-sufficiency.
- Partner with managers and People & HR Services to support their management of absence, analysing trends and supporting the implementation preventative actions.
- Partner with managers to ensure effective performance management is undertaken, ensuring appropriate coaching is provided to create high performing teams.
- Support talent initiatives in partnership with CoEs to attract, develop, and retain a diverse, high-performing workforce.
- Contribute to organisational effectiveness through the implementation of new structures, roles, and processes.
