Job Description
We’re looking for ambitious, target-driven sales professionals to join our SME Acquisition or Customer Success teams, helping small businesses across the UK grow with BT and EE. The role involves strong sales skills and customer conversations to win and grow business by converting inbound and outbound leads, while upselling and cross-selling across mobile, connectivity and digital services.
Requirements
- Experience in a sales environment (contact or retail)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to sell, influence, and build trust
- Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools
- A positive, coachable mindset with a willingness to learn
