Software Engineering Manager

Software Engineering Manager to lead engineering delivery and operational excellence across Remote Access capabilities, with a strong working knowledge of Citrix virtual apps/desktops and Zscaler zero-trust access patterns.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading software/platform engineering teams using Agile delivery and modern SDLC practices.
• Strong operational discipline: metrics-driven improvement, release quality oversight, and reliable service ownership.
• Comfortable with engineering tooling and ways of working (e.g., JIRA/Confluence-style tracking and documentation).
• Creative problem solver with professionalism under pressure
• Working knowledge of Citrix remote access / app & desktop delivery patterns and the operational realities of stability, performance, and lifecycle management.
• Working knowledge of Zscaler in a zero-trust access model, including how access pathways differ for web apps vs desktop apps.
