System Analyst (Baltic IT department)

As a System Analyst in the Baltic IT department, you will collaborate with various teams, analyze business and functional requirements, and participate in the change delivery lifecycle. You will work with SQL queries, APIs, and data flows, and develop system documentation in Jira and Confluence. You will provide support to partners and investigate system incidents and defects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organization.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and REST / SOAP web services.
• Understanding of system integrations, enterprise application environments, and data flows.
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working in Agile or similar delivery environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of IT systems, integration solutions, and change delivery processes.
• Fluency in Estonian language and good English skills for communication on Baltic level.
