Job Description
We're seeking energetic and outgoing team members to join our Customer Service Associate role. This role combines customer engagement at the paystation with operational and maintenance tasks throughout the site.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Energetic, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Comfort engaging customers and making recommendations (training provided)
- Willingness to work outdoors in heat, sun, rain, and changing weather conditions
- Ability to remain professional and positive in physically demanding environments
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs during a shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic comfort with technology such as POS systems and tablets
