We're looking for an HR Compliance & Systems Manager to bring structure to our HR function, stabilize benefits, and execute open enrollment, while ensuring compliance across key areas and creating a foundation that supports continued growth.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years in HR operations, compliance, or similar roles
- Experience with benefits administration and open enrollment
- Working knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements
- Experience with payroll audits, claims, or employee relations processes
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
