Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead operations, develop people, and deliver results at one of our high-volume locations. The ideal candidate brings maturity, accountability, and pride of ownership, with a hands-on leadership style and a commitment to schedule, standards, and accountability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of management experience in a car wash, service, or retail environment
- Proven ability to hire, train, and lead successful teams
- Demonstrated success managing entry-level/hourly employees while minimizing turnover
- Experience managing financial performance or operational KPIs
- Hands-on leadership style—comfortable working outdoors and leading by example
- Professional communication, organizational discipline, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to schedule, standards, and accountability
- Experience leading teams of 10+ employees
