Job Description
The Retail Operations Management Intern assists the Retail Operations Travel Centers by supporting operational tasks in multiple departments, including maintenance, customer service, merchandise, and foodservice.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a BA/BS in Business, Retailing, Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, or related discipline
- Solid communication skills
- Ability to accept constructive feedback and work collaboratively with upper management and other stakeholders
- Ability to adhere to company policies including on-time attendance and no use of personal cell phones during working hours
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays
