Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager will lead the project team in all phases of construction projects, including safety, time management, budget adherence, quality standards, and subcontractor coordination. This role requires a strong understanding of construction risks, proactive decision-making, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or Associate’s Degree with related field experience
- Basic knowledge of design and construction principles, safety standards, and quality control
- Organizational skills and ability to manage time and a team’s time effectively
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proiciency in computers and relevant software (MS Office, Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, P6)
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, sit, stand, and work in various weather conditions
