Project Superintendent - All Locations

The Project Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all field construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role involves coordinating trade, reviewing documents, maintaining shop records, and assisting with environmental responsibilities. The Superintendent must protect the interests of the company and maintain a high safety standard on site.

Requirements

• High school diploma with Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Bluebeam)
• Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications
• Understanding of scheduling and cost analysis
• Strong communication skills (verbal and writing)
• Organizational skills and time management skills
• Analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Self-motivation and leadership potential
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certification
• OSHA-30 and OSHA-40 certifications (NYC and New York)
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to perform strenuous tasks in all weather conditions
