Payroll Analyst

Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney is a national law firm seeking a Payroll Analyst to assist the Payroll team in Pittsburgh, PA. The Payroll Analyst will ensure employees are paid accurately and timely, maintain payroll records, and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Five or more years of payroll processing experience
• Certified Payroll Professional or related certification
• Proficiency with automated payroll programs (UKG experience a plus)
• Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality
• Solid understanding of payroll related processes, tax laws, wage and hour laws, and compliance requirements
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
