Job Description
Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney is a national law firm seeking a Practice Assistant in our Pittsburgh office to work with attorneys in our Litigation practice areas. The role involves preparing legal documents, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements, among other duties.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a litigation practice assistant (legal secretary)
- Excellent time management and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, initiative, and follow-through
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and other computer and document management systems
