Work preparation employee responsible for creating resource lists, defining target times, classifying items, and optimizing work plans. Monitors production movement data, changes, and complaints, and collaborates on internal projects.

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship in a technical field
• Further training in work preparation/ERP master data
• 2 years of professional experience in the metal construction industry or mechanical engineering
• Experience in logistics and production processes, work preparation and ERP master data
• MS Office user skills, good ERP skills
• Knowledge of aviation requirements EN9100 (e.g. EASA Part 21) is an advantage
• Team player, cooperative, reliable and precise
• Networked thinking, goal-oriented mindset
• Written and spoken German and English skills (First, Level B2)
