Job Description
We are seeking a Crude Oil Scheduler to join our team. This position is responsible for the logistics operations and scheduling including dispatching, truck tickets/logs reconciliation, gain/loss reporting, managing, and negotiating rates/requirements, scheduling/producing nominations, and confirming deals and volumes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial Distribution, Business, or related field
- 4 Years’ experience in Operations, Logistics, or related field
- 2-4 Years’ experience in oil and gas
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to get results and resolve customer needs.
- Ability to investigate and find the root cause of issues and follow through with corrective actions.
- Comfortable demanding excellence in self and team to ensure successful delivery of projects.
