Job Description
Buckland is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, and administer learning programs that support employee development, leadership growth, and business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, instructional design, education, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in learning design, instructional development, and or program coordination
- Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
- Experience creating blended learning solutions (eLearning, facilitator-led, microlearning, job aids)
- Familiarity with LMS administration, learning platforms, and digital learning tools
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
