Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager position is responsible for fulfilling the mission statement of Buckle, which is to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for guests. The role involves performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management, working directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team, and leading and directing Teammates.
