Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for fulfilling the company's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests, generating sales, and executing visual merchandising management. The role also involves supervisory and leadership responsibilities, including training and motivating teammates, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to travel and cover other stores within the district based on business needs
