Job Description
The Floor Leader position's primary responsibility is to fulfill Buckle's mission statement by providing legendary service to Guests and performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks. The position involves leading by example, coaching teammates, and maintaining a positive floor culture.
Requirements
- Greet Guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service
- Answer questions about the store and its merchandise
- Recommend and select merchandise based on Guest needs and desires
