Sales and Management Intern

Sales and Management Intern position responsible for sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, with a focus on developing recruiting, merchandising, and leadership skills. Part-time position with benefits available after applicable waiting period.

Requirements

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires
• Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and total net sales goals set by Store Management
• Provide legendary service throughout the store in top four areas: Front 5, sales floor, fitting rooms, and the register area
