Job Description
The Store Support Teammate is responsible for fulfilling Buckle’s mission statement by completing various sales support tasks and providing a positive team spirit. The role involves greeting guests, operating the Point of Sale (POS) software, and maintaining a clean store environment.
Requirements
- Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about the store and its merchandise.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) software and bag purchases.
- Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
