Women's Buying Internship (Summer 2026)

The Women's Buying Internship provides an opportunity to study the overall buying process in a team environment and contribute to the business while gaining on-the-job experience.

Requirements

• Utilize an understanding of the Buckle image, philosophy, and goals to promote the image to Guests and Teammates.
• Assist with correspondence with vendors.
• Assist with all steps of the buying process, including: the fit process, vendor communication, report generation and dissemination, product development, product reviews, purchase orders, and the approval process.
• Organize and file buying related documents.
• Assist with the preparation and follow-up for the selection of product and the placing of buys for a variety of categories.
• Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team spirit.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned.
