We are seeking a Community Coordinator to join our Family Hope Center, responsible for facilitating, coordinating, and supervising activities, classes, and services that support Buckner Ministries.
Requirements
- Coordinate adult empowerment classes and recruit volunteers to lead classes
- Facilitate and teach FHC core classes
- Implement evidence-based curriculums to fidelity
- Work with community collaborators to enhance programming
- Organize FHC events and coordinate regular events with community collaborators
- Create and host classes and workshops to engage community
- Recruit participants for Family Coaching program
- Maintain a master calendar of classes and distribute notices of activities
- Provide oversight to volunteers and evaluate data from evidence-based curriculums
- Develop professional relationships with institutions and agencies to coordinate services
- Ensure implementation and accessibility of empowerment resources
- Develop and manage a system to coordinate on-site and off-site programs
