Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our community committed to delivering outstanding service. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play an important role in all phases of service that meets or exceeds Buckner quality, service, and hospitality standards.

Requirements

• Receive and follow maintenance schedule/instructions from supervisor in accordance with established maintenance policies and procedures
• Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as directed
• Complete assigned work orders promptly and accurately
• Coordinate work with contractors to insure efficient and timely completion
• Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility, grounds, and equipment in a safe and serviceable manner
• Maintain roadways, parking areas, driveways, etc.
• Clean windows and screens as directed
• Replace burned out light bulbs
• Perform cleaning duties in very high places using appropriate equipment and following all safety policies and procedures
• Service heating and cooling units/systems as specified by the manufacturer and in compliance with established policies and procedures
• Maintain general plan and facility in good repair, ensuring a safe, clean and orderly environment
